Site work for a mixed-use development in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and road / highway.
Dartmouth Waterfront Revitalization Project. The intent is to improve access, connectivity, cultural activity, and future development opportunities along the waterfront. The general study area extends between the Macdonald Bridge and Atlantic Street. TIMELINE: RFP from engineering consultants for completion of a conceptual development plan has been awarded. The final report package is expected to be completed in September/October, 2026. Scope of work and timelines for design, tender and construction of recommended projects to be determined. Individual projects will be published separately in the future, once they are approved to proceed with design/construction.
