Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Reference number: 20028918 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-11-21 Exterior Drainage and Foundations Repairs at CHSLD Saint Joseph de la Providence, 11844, avenue du Bois-de-Boulogne, Montréal (Québec) H3M 2X7. Demolition of the floor slab in rooms C-07 and A-16, linear spot demolition in room A18 and 2 spot demolitions in room A-14. Application of a new slab with wire mesh where there has been full demolition, and a new concrete slab for spot demolitions with new anchoring. New flooring in all affected rooms to make everything uniform. The entire project involved upgrading the existing drainage in the CHSLD day-care center. Initially, work was carried out on the exterior to optimize drainage, as there had been a lot of water accumulation over time. Over time, the floor slabs in the above-mentioned rooms have lifted, so the existing slab had to be demolished and a new one built. Deadline for completion of works: From 06 January 2025 to 28 February 2025 * Award is subject to final approval.
