This contract will be awarded in one of two ways: (1) A contract for three years/winters of snow removal (2024/2025; 2025/2026; 2026/2027), or(2) A contract for one (1) year, the winter of 2024/2025. Clinton County requests that the bid be submitted for both a three-year contract and a one-year contract, and please quote on a per-removal basis for all properties. The properties for snow removal are as follows: (1) Clinton County Courthouse, Courthouse Square, Frankfort Indiana. (2) Clinton County Board of Health, 1234 Rossville Avenue, Frankfort Indiana. (3) Probation, 259 E. Walnut St., Frankfort, Indiana to include sidewalk and parking in front of building. (4) Purdue Extension Office, 1111 S. Jackson Street, Frankfort, Indiana. (5) Nickel Plate Flats/Employee Parking Lot, 55 N. Jackson Street, Frankfort, Indiana. (6) EMS, 1857 S. Jackson Street (Fairgrounds), Frankfort, Indianadriveway and parking lot, (7) EMS East at 177 S. State Road 29, Frankfort, Indiana.*****There will be an additional parking lot behind the new CountyAnnex building with a future address of 2 East Washington Street (old Regions Building parking lot) that will not be operational until earliest, Fall/Winter of 2025. As stated above, Bidders are requested to provide a bid for both a 3-year and 1-year contract based on a per-removal basis of the above listed properties. Once opened, the Commissioners will either (1)accept the 1-year bid, (2) accept the 3-year bid, or (3) take all bidsunder advisement for a decision to be made at a subsequent meeting.
