The project includes approximately 3,000 feet of sanitary sewer CIPP lining, manhole lining, sanitary lateral cleanout and reinstatement, bypass pumping, and all related work. Bid Alternate includes approximately 1,100 feet of sanitary sewer CIPP lining, manhole lining, sanitary lateral cleanout and reinstatement, bypass pumping, and all related work. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The City of Three Rivers reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Three Rivers.
