Qualified Contractors to complete the Dargan Street Resurfacing and Striping project located along Dargan Street from Elm Street to Cheves Street in Florence, SC. OWNERSHIP OF MATERIAL: Ownership of all data, material and documentation originated and prepared for the City of Florence pursuant to this contract/purchase order shall belong exclusively to the City of Florence. The City of Florence under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes ensures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, and age, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity it administers.
