The third floor is comprised of jail cells, kitchen, guard and visitor areas and is vacant. The interior consists of suspended ceiling tile, vinyl floor tile, masonry block walls, concrete ceiling above suspended ceiling, steel plate walls and ceilings. Remove and dispose of all interior (non-load bearing) walls to include block walls, steel doors, and jail bars. Remove and dispose of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic system, etc. and will coordinate with Florence County Facilities Management staff for removal of said items. Contractor will be responsible for debris removal. All asbestos removal will occur prior to demolition activities under another contract.
