Florence School District One requests qualified firms to submit a proposal for providing Construction Management At-Risk Services for the District's planned new elementary school and (5) Baseball Fields.The Project is a new construction of a Elementary School and (5) Baseball fields The new elementary school is anticipated to be a two (2) story elementary school of approximately 90,000 square feet, with classrooms, offices, science lab, art, music, cafeteria and gym. ect.
