Reference Number 0000371966 Howe Springs is looking to obtain bids for fencing to be placed on the entire training grounds located at 4395 S. Irby St., Florence, SC 29505. The fence will surround the training area of the property. General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Surety Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Question Deadline 01/15/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes o The fence will be 6' 8ga Black Chain Link spanning approximately 3000' in length. o A 7ga tension wire will run the length of the fence. o Post will be set no more than 10' apart. o The fence will be 6' tall. o The Corner Post will be a minimum of 3" SCH40 o Any Pull Post will be a minimum of 3" SCH40 o The Walk Gate Post will be a minimum of 3" SCH40 o The Cantilever Gate Post will be a minimum of 4" SCH40 o Bracing post will be used on all corners and gate post. o The Line Post will be a minimum of 2" SCH40 o Top Rail will be a minimum of 1 5/8" SS20 o There will be (4) 4'x6' walk gates o There will be (1) manual 30'x6' cantilever gate o There will be (1) electric actuator 30'x6' cantilever gate NOTE: Electrical will be supplied to the area designated by the fence contractor but it will be the responsibility of the fence contractor to wire their actuator.
