Renovation of a municipal facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,970-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.
Sharonville Municipal Building Interior Renovation City of Sharonville is accepting sealed bids for a single, lump sum general contract for the roof replacement and interior renovation of 7,970 square feet of the existing north-east wing of the one-story 23,755 square foot Sharonville Municipal Building. The scope of the project includes the removal and replacement of portions of existing asphalt and membrane roofs and interior alterations including private and open office space, reception and lobby, record storage, transaction area, associated support spaces and minor modifications to the entrance to council chambers. The existing building is fully sprinklered and includes a fire alarm. Sprinkler and fire alarm modifications shall submitted by contractor. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. Should a Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the scope of work, or should a Bidder be in doubt as to their true meaning, Bidder may submit to Emily Lubbers at elubbers@mspdesign.com, a written request for information (RFI). RFIs must be submitted, in writing, prior to 4:00PM EST on the 22nd day of November, 2024
