The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract before commencement of work and conforming to the contract documents as well as furnish and maintain proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance. All Bidders shall be licensed under the provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California to do the type of work contemplated in the Project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid Contractors License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the contract is awarded.
