Village of Waterloo (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Village of Waterloo Ree d Street/Wright Avenue EST Demolition 2304.18002.000 In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of the demolition of the existing 200,000 gallon Ree d Street elevated storage tank (EST) and the existing 250,000 gallon Wright Avenue EST and the restoration of both sites. The ESTs are steel framed structures of bolted and welded construction. The tank and foundations are to be removed to a depth 24" below grade and the resulting site graded and planted with grass. The Wright Avenue tank removal and associated work at that site is not part of the base bid and is an Alternate. The Village of Waterloo, Seneca County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award.
