Outlet 1 and Mill Creek Basin 8 End of Pipe Retrofit EA The City of Orillia is soliciting Proposals from qualified consultants to undertake a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) and functional (preliminary) design activities for two (2) end of pipe stormwater quality retrofits at City stormwater Outlets 1 (Drinkwater Drive) and Mill Creek Basin 8 (Walker Avenue), as identified on Annex 1 and Annex 2, respectively. The City is undertaking this Class EA as per the recommendations of the Citys 2016 Comprehensive Stormwater Management Master Plan. Provisional items include Council presentation, meeting with Indigenous Groups, geotechnical assessment, hydrogeological assessment, environmental impact study, detailed design and tendering activities, contract administration and inspection, and post construction activities.
