Cultus Lake Park (The Park) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents (Proponents) in response to this request for proposals (RFP) for the provision of renovating Washroom #5 and #10 located at Sunnyside Campground. The washrooms are open-air ventilated, cinder block facilities. The buildings were built in the mid 1980’s. The project is focused on renovating and updating the interior of these two facilities and updating the exterior of the building. The Park anticipates the Services will comprise of: (i) Provision of trade permits (ii) Proponent’s prime contractor and sub-contractor safety provisions; (iii) Demolition and disposal of the existing interior of washrooms; (iv) Renovation work includes new tile, flooring, PVC ceiling & upper wall paneling, dividers, trim, fixtures, vanities/ sinks, mirrors, toilets, urinals, mesh screens, change tables, benches, electrical outlets, lighting, plumbing, hot water on demand units, hand dryers, toilet seats, hand soap dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, ventilations, wood tone metal siding and exterior painting; and (v) Proponents will be required to work with The Park staff with respect to scheduling. The proponent must start January 6, 2025, week and the project is to be 100% completed no later than April 1, 2025
