Site work for a mixed-use development in Cultus Lake, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Watt Creek Parking Lot improvement works will consist primarily of the widening and improvement of the access road from the Columbia Valley Highway, removal of trees and old infrastructure, earthworks to construct an improved parking area and a new operator yard, and construction of elements to delineate parking areas, provide pit toilet facilities and provide facilities for equestrian users. The project scope of work pertains to reconstruction of the existing access road and parking area, development of a new service yard, and construction of elements to define parking as well as other amenities. The Contractor shall coordinate all site activities so that the general public operation of the park is not negatively impacted. The Contractor shall coordinate all activities with the Ministry representative, and shall keep the Operator advised of plans and works. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Award is subject to final approval.
