Award and completion of work in 2024 and 2025 is contingent upon the Keene City Council approval of anticipated project budgets. 2. During the 2024 construction season, the contractor will complete all required test pits, spot repairs and manhole replacements/installations. 3. During the 2025 and 2026 construction seasons, the Contractor will complete all CIPP lining activities, according to the schedule provided in the drawings. 4. The Bid Unit Price for CIPP lining shall be adjusted for work completed each year as described in Section 012200.00 The Sewer Main Lining Project consists of the following tasks: -Provide sewage bypass pumping to accommodate a peak measured flow for 6" and 12" sewer main were approximately 20 GPM and 200 GPM, respectively and for distances as required for each activity. - Replace 15 existing sewer stand pipes with a standard 4 ft. diameter precast concrete sewer manhole and one additional new sewer manhole, which totals 16 manholes. Connections to existing pipes will be made using same size SDR-35 PVC pipes. - Clean and video inspect 16,278 linear feet of sewer pipes. -Leaky sewer services shall be grouted with chemicals to stop infiltration in the sewer collection system. Grout annular space and service connections to prevent collapse of liner and install watertight seals to host pipe as needed. - Install Cured In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Class III structural lining for the following: o 15,290 feet of 6" Vitrified Clay(VC) pipe o 213 feet of 8" Vitrified Clay(VC) pipe o 775 feet of 12" Asbestos Cement (AC) pipe - Reinstate 286 residential sewer services
