Site work and renovation of a civil project in West Melbourne, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
West Melbourne Well Sites Development Project Development of seven (7) drilled well sites: four (4) production wells and three (3) monitoring wells to include furnishing all materials and labor to install the wellhead pumps, piping, valves, flow meters, electrical and controls for the complete and operable wellheads along with wellhead startup and testing. The CITY reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive minor informalities and irregularities in offers received. Duration of contract shall be 645 days from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. Deadline for Receipt of Emailed Bidder Questions December 6, 2024 5:00 PM All such questions shall be made in writing and emailed to MEIGHAN ALEXANDER, City Clerk, at malexander@westmelbourne.gov.
