Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in West Melbourne, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The City of West Melbourne, Florida is issuing a Request for Qualifications for a NEW CITY HALL NORTH BUILDING (Project) using the qualifications-based selection process under Florida Statutes, Section 287.055. The design and construction for the Project will be contracted under a single entity known as the Design-Build Firm. The design for the facilities and respective construction drawings must be approved by the Citys Capital Projects Manager (Mark Petroni), City Engineer (TBD), and the Building Department. All submittals shall be based upon the documents and Design Criteria Package included within the RFQ package. Meeting and submittal dates shall be specified in the delivery schedule. An attendee may represent only one (1) firm. Under no circumstances shall any proposal be accepted after the above-stipulated date and time. All submittals will be stamped as to the date and time the bid was submitted. The date and time stamp shall be used to determine the timely basis of all submittals.
