The City of West Melbourne requests submittal of bid proposals for the Clements Wood Park Restroom Renovations Project. The project consists of renovation and upgrades to the Clements Wood Park Restrooms to include two accessible bathrooms, new sidewalk for an accessible route from the parking lot to the structure. All bids shall be based on the bid documents, specifications and project drawings included within the bid package. The duration of the contract shall be for 120 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Final Completion, with Substantial Completion within 90 days from NTP. Meeting and submittal dates shall be specified in the delivery schedule. Under no circumstances shall any bid offer be accepted after the above-stipulated date and time. All bids will be stamped as to the date and time the bid was submitted. The date and time stamp shall be used to determine the timely basis of all bids. The supply, delivery, construction, equipment quantity, unit price and total cost amount of the referenced project shall be based on the design drawings and bid documents.
