(DEO CDBG CONTRACT # IR011 DEO CDBG CONTRACT # 22DB-OP-06-15-02-N20 The City of West Melbourne requests submittal of bid proposals for the Melbourne Estates / Henry Avenue Water Main Replacement Project and the Melbourne Estates Drainage Improvements Project. This is a CDBG solicitation consisting of the following primary items: .The Melbourne Estates / Henry Avenue Water Main Replacement Project involves the replacement of approximately 8,000 linear feet (LF) of potable water mains and connections/replacement of approximately 92 potable water service lines within the public Right-of-Way (ROW) of the Melbourne Estates neighborhood, Henry Avenue, and Lake Court, and all other items and work specified in the contract documents. All bids shall be based on the bid documents, specifications and project drawings included within the bid package. The Melbourne Estates Drainage Improvement Project involves the construction of approximately 8,600 linear feet (LF) of new stormwater piping and associated structures in the vicinity of Bossieux Boulevard and Stephenson Drive in West Melbourne, Florida. Earthwork, minor utility relocations, and various demolition and restoration of items within the project areas will be required (including sod, trees, driveways, pavement, etc.). All bids shall be based on the bid documents, specifications and project drawings included within the bid package. The duration of the contract shall be for 540 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Final Completion, with Substantial Completion within 510 days from NTP. Work Meeting and submittal dates shall be specified in the delivery schedule. The supply, delivery, construction, equipment quantity, unit price and total cost amount of the referenced project shall be based on the design drawings and bid documents.
