Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Track expansion to an existing high school track. Project description: Expansion/Renovation of existing running track at the South Forsyth High School Stadium, to include demolition of existing track surfacing and asphalt and as more particularly set forth in the Bidding Documents. No rights of way and easements are anticipated for the Project. The Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis by Base Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Bid opening, except as otherwise expressly provided by applicable law. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Owner will provide the forms of all bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive technicalities and informalities.
