Site work for a water / sewer project in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Follows Work generally consists of installing new sewer system including sanitary sewer pipes, manholes, existing sanitary sewer utility connections, trenching and backfilling, temporary erosion control, construction of gravel road, seeding, mulching and other miscellaneous items Each bid must be accompanied by a cashiers check or surety bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid for all bid schedules (including sales tax). A performance bond, payment bond, and liability insurance in accordance with the contract documents will be required for the Contract. This is a prevailing wage project per applicable State Law. Questions during the bid period and inquiries regarding bid results (after bid opening) should be directed to the Planning & Development Department of Spokane Airports, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. by contacting Joseph Hoeing at jhoeing@spokaneairports.net. Questions during the bid period are due by 4:30 p.m., November 18, 2024. The anticipated NTP date is April 15, 2025 and the project must be completed in one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days The Spokane Airport Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in the best interest of the Airport pursuant to the terms of the Instruction to Bidders and General Conditions
