Renovation of an office development in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
This public works project is for phase 1 of the meter shop- main office renovation at the City of Spokane Water Department . The project consists of renovations to the existing Meter Shop and the Administration Building on the City of Spokane Water Department campus. This is the first of two phases of construction and includes remodel the North portion of the Meter Shop and construct a new "Gasket" that bridges the space between the Meter Shop and Existing Administration building. EITHER MBE OR WBE OR A COMBINATION OF BOTH IN THE AMOUNT OF THREE PERCENT (3%) OF THE TOTAL PROJECT BID AMOUNT
