**As of January 16,2025, project was awarded to JLD Enterprises LLC, awarded amount is $726,477.52.** This project will consist of demolition of the existing streetscape and construction of a new sidewalk, retaining wall, pedestrian lighting, and landscaping along the First Presbyterian Church frontage on South Gay Street from Publix to Thach Avenue. Also included in this work is the modification of various on-site (church property) components necessary for the new streetscape to tie into the existing church site.
