Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work generally consists of the following: Underground Work: Furnish and install 1500' of 36" forcemain, 1600' of 48" forcemain, 110' of 8" watermain, storm sewer relocation, storm sewer valve in manhole, storm sewer inlet piping for Pump Station 186, storm water inlet and piping for Haake Park, force main connections, water main relocations, sanitary force main relocation, sidewalk, driveway, curb and gutter, detectable warning panels, 7" and 9" pavement, traffic control, trees, grass restoration, install city furnished 36" plug valve, and miscellaneous work. Each bid shall also contain a PDF document (uploaded to Quest VirtuBid) of the Contractor's License or certificate of renewal thereof issued by the Secretary of State which will be uploaded. Bidder must be licensed for the full amount of the bid. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions as to bond and license. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 27, 2025 The successful bidder shall warrant and guarantee work for two years and shall furnish performance and payment bonds, in the amount of 100% of the contract. Bonds shall remain in effect until two years after date of final payment. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bids received and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the City of Grand Forks.
