Site work for a water / sewer project in Pelham, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work: Generally includes the following improvements to the existing water distribution system in four (4)primary areas: o 6" PVC Open-Cut Water Main Replacement and Extension in the Staff Housing Area o 6" PVC Open-Cut Water Main Replacement and Extension near the Archery Range o 6" HDPE Horizontal Directional Drilled Main Feed Replacement o 6" PVC Extension and Interconnection along the Park's Main Entrance . The Owner requires the Projectto be Substantially Complete din one hundred eighty (180)Calendar Days from date of Notice to Proceed and ready or Final Payment in two hundred ten (210) Calendar Days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will be allowed to choose a start date to commence no later than May 1,2025. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Alabama State Parkin an amount not less than Five(5) percent of the amount of thebid, but in no event more than$10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Bids submitted prior to the bid opening maybe mailed or delivered in person to the office of State Parks at the address stated below. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and towaive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. **Bids will be rejected unless the Documents are obtained directly from the Engineer***
