Scope of Work: Rehabilitation of said tanks at Oak Mountain State Park which generally include the following: Sandblasting and Repainting- Exterior Sandblasting and Repainting- Interior Full Containment, Bonnet, adduct Collector Soil Sampling Misc. Repairs Float Level Indicator System LOGO The Owner requires the Projectto be Substantially Complete din one hundred eighty (180)Calendar Days from date of Notice to Proceed and ready or Final Payment in two hundred ten (210) Calendar Days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will be allowed to choose a start date to commence no later than May 1,2025. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Alabama State Parkin an amount not less than Five(5) percent of the amount of thebid, but in no event more than$10,000, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Bids submitted prior to the bid opening maybe mailed or delivered in person to the office of State Parks at the address stated below. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and towaive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted.Bids will be rejected unless the Documents are obtained directly from the Engineer $275k to $325k *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
