Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Clermont, Florida. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This contract is for the construction of the City of Minneola, Sugarloaf Mountain Water Treatment Plant Expansion as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the facilities consisting of, but not limited to, the following: A 500,000 gallon ground storage tank, vertical turbine can pumps, electrical, controls and yard piping. Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Question Deadline 11/26/2024 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Every request for such interpretations should be in WRITING addressed to Troy Mitchell, P.E., Project Engineer, 902 North Sinclair Avenue, Tavares, Florida 32778; email troy.mitchell@halff.com. Requests must be received at least seven working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
