The Warren County Water and Sewer Department is seeking a responsible vendor to provide water treatment chemicals (Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrofluorosilicic Acid, Sodium Hydroxide and Sodium Bisulfite) according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. Contact the Warren County Commissioners Office at (513) 695-1254 should you need assistance in accessing the bidding information on the County website. All contract addenda will be posted to the website prior to the bid opening. Bidders should check the website regularly to stay updated on any changes to the project. The Board of Warren County Commissioners reserve the right to accept the lowest and best bid, to reject all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting the bid. The awarded supplier will be required to submit a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the contract amount within 24 hours of the award notification in the form of a certified check.
