Renovation of a residential development in Sand Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Kent County Purchasing Division, on behalf of Village of Sand Lake, is soliciting Bids for the installation of 193 Residential and Commercial water meters throughout the village. Approximately 21 will require new outdoor pits and the remainder require interior installation. Respondent to install water meter system that complies with Village of Sand Lake requirements. Respondent to coordinate with property owners. Required completion date of April 30, 2025. Inquiries Deadline Date & Time (local) 11/20/2024, 2 PM Any and all communication regarding this Solicitation shall be on the Kent County Purchasing Division Inquiry Blog via the Bid Opportunities page or during pre-proposal meetings. Kent County reserves the right to determine the response format or not respond, at its sole discretion. a Bid Bond executed by the Respondent and payable to County of Kent for 5% of the total amount of the offer Each contract over $50,000 must be accompanied by A certified check, bank draft, cashiers check, or negotiable U.S. Government bond (at par value) may be submitted In lieu of a Bid Bond. a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each payable to the Owner (County of Kent) and each in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the funding agency, for the faithful performance of the contract.
