Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Bristol, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each bidder shall be responsible for the bid delivery by the above noted date and time. The work is in two (2) Contracts and consists of the following generally described work: BRISTOL BID NO. ITB 25-014 CONTRACT 23-01 SHELBY STREET WATER BOOSTER STATION IMPROVEMENTS o Renovations to the existing Shelby Street Water Booster Station o Valves and Other Appurtenances o Miscellaneous Site Work and Buried Piping CONTRACT 23-02 NEW 11W WATER BOOSTER STATION o 882 L.F. of 12-inch DIP Water Line o Valve and Other Appurtenances o Miscellaneous Site Work and Buried Piping o New 11W Water Booster Station The allotted time for construction of both Contracts is a total of 365 calendar days. Liquidated damages for non-completion are $1,000 per calendar day. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions for Bidders. Pre-qualification information required herein shall be emailed to mattr@jrwauford.com on or before 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
