A New Backstop Netting System at the Riverwalk Stadium A cashiers check or bid bond payable to the City of Montgomery in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidders proposal. A bond in a reliable surety company authorized to do business in the State of Alabama must be given by the successful bidder, such bond to be for the sum of 100% of the contract price conditioned for the prompt and faithful performance of contract terms and a surety bond in the amount equal to 50% of the contract prices as security for the payment for all persons performing labor and furnishing materials in connection with the contract. Project shall be completed within 90 calendar days. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and waive technicalities The participation goal for this procurement is 30 percent (30%) A business is considered a Minority Owned Business ifit is 51%
