Principal items of work include the following: sewer flow controls, primary lagoon cell sludge/biosolids removal; bacteria dosing; chlorination/dechlorinate equipment; lagoon duplex pumping station; lagoon electrical modifications; trailer mounted generator; duplex sewer lift station; trailer mounted bypass pump; lift station electrical modifications; and other related appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Each bidder must submit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% performance bond and a 50% payment bond. Each bidder must be licensed as a Contractor in the State of Alabama in accordance with provisions of Chapter 8 of Title 34 of the Code of Alabama, 1985, and must submit with his bid satisfactory evidence of such license.
