This proposal is for the provision of emergency warming center services for the City of Revere, MA, according to specifications. The City of Revere, as the awarding authority, reserves the right to accept any proposal or portion of a proposal, waive any informality in a proposal, investigate the ability of the candidates to honor a proposal, reject any and all proposals, select a candidate who does not submit the highest proposal, and award all contracts as shall be considered in the best interest of the City of Revere. The City of Revere reserves the right to negotiate and amend the scope of services. It is the policy of the City of Revere to take positive steps to maximize the utilization of minority business enterprises in all activities administered by this agency.
