Bids are solicited for a Boiler Upgrade project at East Kensington (Site 018) Elementary School at 2795 184 St, Surrey, BC, Canada V3S 9V2. Solicit bids will only be accepted from the prequalified contractors who are on the Roster of RFPQ 2020-58-FW - Prequalification for Mechanical Contractors. If you are not currently on the roster and would like to be considered, please register for BC Bid notifications to be notified when the next refresh process takes place. Each Bid must be accompanied by a duly executed Bid Bond in the amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the bid and Consent of Surety by the surety company providing the 50% Labour and Material Bond and 50% Performance Bond of the bid price. Scanned copies will be accepted for digital submission in the designated "BID BOND" upload folder, awarded vendor must present Original Hard Copies at the time of contract signing.
