Price is to include all parts, labor, delivery, and warranties to provide the equipment. All items furnished under this IFB must be shipped or delivered Free on Board (FOB) to City of Madera WWTP, Attn: Gabriel Bostan, 13048 Road 21 1/2 , Madera, CA 93638. The estimated budget for this equipment is $130,000. *There is no fee to register as a bidder for this project using the City's online vendor portal. All parts and materials furnished under award of this IFB shall be new, unused, and the same as the manufacturer's current production model in terms of functionality, capabilities, and features, and must meet at minimum the following criteria: 1. Flender model H3BV, size 11, or substantial equivalent 2. The gear boxes must run at variable speed between 890 to 1780 input RPM's. 3. At 1,780 input RPM's, the output speed must be 33.31 RPM's 4. At 890 input RPM's, the output speed must be 16.66 RPM's. Ratio is 53.43:1 5. At the high-speed side (motor) a Bipex BWN 162 coupling to be supplied, or substantial equivalent. 6. On the low-speed side (mixer) a flange coupling must be used to connect to the impeller.
