Self-contained unit capable of operating autonomously that utilizes a cloud-based storage. B. Standalone GPS/Cellular base. C. Cellular Service must be able to utilize multiple cellular networks and RTK services either public or private. D. Does not require other equipment to operate effectively. E. Field templates included at minimum: football, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball - all in customizable sizes. F. Equipment must have ability to paint custom logos and designs. G. Type of controller: tablet & app interface included. H. No agreement to sign. I. Have low pressure pump under 70lbs. J. Provider must have a local presence in addition to US based support operating hours. K. Quote must include regular updates to both software and hardware. L. Price under $50,000.00. 2. Additional Line Items In addition to the field marker unit, additional units will be requested for the following: Logo maker Battery Paint container Pump Solenoid The Operations & Veterans Services Division (hereinafter, the "Division or Department") has issued this informal competition Quick Quote (hereinafter, "QQ") with the intent of obtaining quotes from interested vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. The purchase order term, if an award is made is intended to be for a one-time purchase. Prices shall remain firm for the term of the resultant purchase order. No Exceptions to the County's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions Nor a Vendor Provided Contract Will Be Accepted. Surcharges will not be accepted in conjunction with this purchase order, and such charges should be incorporated into the pricing structure. All goods are FOB destination and must be suitably packed and prepared to secure the lowest transportation rates and to comply with all carrier regulations. Risk of loss of any goods sold hereunder shall transfer to the COUNTY at the time and place of delivery; provided that risk of loss prior to actual receipt of the goods by the COUNTY nonetheless remain with VENDOR.
