The work will consist of all preparations, painting, finishing work, clean up and related items necessary to complete work described in these specifications and listed in the remaining pages included within. SCOPE OF SERVICES: Furnish all materials, labor and equipment for the exterior painting of the Cambier Park Bandshell located at 755 8th Ave South Naples FL, 34102. The work will consist of all preparations, painting, finishing work, clean up and related items necessary to complete work described in these specifications and listed in the remaining pages included within. The painting work to be performed shall include, but is not limited to the following: Exterior metal structure including, roof framing, 6 steel piers and associated supports, aluminum baffles and Handrails. Concrete bases and border trim. 1. Pressure cleaning of entire metal structure to include the top and underside of canopy roof. Pressure wash a rate of 2500-3000 PSI at a flow of 4-14 gallons per minute. 2. Remove all rust to expose bare metal by sand blasting, wire wheel, grinding, or a combination of all. 3. Prime all exposed steel with (SW MACROPOXY 646) two-component rust inhibitive. 4. Paint all steel components with (SW PRO INDUSTRIAL ACROLON 100 HS) water base urethane in high gloss/ package white. 5. Pressure clean and paint concrete trim border @ building, top side of stage and pier support pads with (SW DUPAPLATE 289) high performance walkway enamel in (SW African Grey 9162 high gloss) 6. Handrails: Clean prep and paint using (SW SHER-CRL) Color: (SW African Grey 9162 high gloss) The City reserves the right to reject all Bids/Proposals or any Bid/Proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding/Proposal Documents, and to postpone the award of the contract for a period of time which, however, shall not extend beyond ninety (90) days from the bid/proposal opening date. The City reserves the right to award all, part, or none of the defined sections of the project.
