The work consists of but is not limited to removal, replacement and installation of: 1. Six lighting panels: LD, LE, LF, LB, LC, LAB. 2. Power Panel Surge Protection: 1iP1, 1PP-2, ILP-3, 1PP-3. 3. One fluoride control panel and supporting/stanchion structure. 4. Three reactor clarifier control panels. 5. Lime Plant degasification Tower (Upper 3rd level) - replacement of two recirculation pump electrical disconnect, circuit breaker, motor starter, and control devices. 6. Removal of existing surge tank control panel, instrumentation and electrical conduits and cabling. Installation of new instruments, conduit and cabling to the existing surge tank and integration with PLC-3. 7. Lime Plant East and West control panel removal, replacement and installation 8. Testing of all equipment. 9. Site inspection of all areas. 10. Complete cut over planning. See appendix for example cut over plan to be developed and completed by contractor for each cutover. 11. Complete temporary power and controls as necessary to ensure the plant operates completely at all times. C. Additional work consists of but not limited to the following: 1. Add electrical motor disconnects for RO Feed Pumps 1-10, RO Booster Pumps 1-4. 2. Addition of E-stop for each of the High Service Pump-1-6. 3. Updates to deep injection control panel (PLC 1.11). 4. RO east and west control panel fuse, relay and power supply replacement. 5. Fluoride control panel and supporting structure replacement. 6. Testing of all equipment. 7. Site inspection of all areas. 8. Complete cut over planning. 9. Complete temporary power and controls as necessary to ensure the plant operates completely at all times. D. Contractor shall supply all necessary equipment including but not limited to all wire, cable, circuit breakers, fasteners, mounting hardware, and brackets as required for a fully operational system. All wire terminations, both power and control shall be performed by the contractor. No cable splicing of any kind will be accepted.
