There is one project alternate which includes the installation of a perimeter no-climb iron fence with pedestrian and vehicle gates to encompass the EV Charger parking lot area. Work shall be completed within 30 Days for base bid or 45 days for alternative from the date when Contract Time commences to run Engineer's Estimate.
