1. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to prepare and paint the exterior of two (2) storage covers and one (1) 10,000-gallon bulk fuel tank located at the Fort Bragg Maintenance Station. 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, for a more complete description of services. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) painting services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, vehicles, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to prepare and paint the exterior of two (2) storage covers and one (1) 10,000-gallon bulk fuel tank located at the Fort Bragg Maintenance Station. 2. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or Subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement. 3. The services shall be performed at District 1, Fort Bragg Maintenance Station, 1200 North Main Street (Highway 101), Fort Bragg, CA 95437. 4. Any reference to Caltrans Contract Manager shall also include designee. 5. This Agreement will commence on June 1, 2025 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on November 30, 2025 (estimate). The services shall be provided Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except State holidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law.
