Responses to all questions will be emailed to all bidders BACKGROUND The Fort Bragg Police Department is located at 250 Cypress Street in Fort Bragg, CA. This project is based on the need to facilitate existing processes for Police department staff and the need for Accessibility (ADA) improvements at our local police department. A. Furnish all labor and equipment as necessary to perform demolition as shown on the Drawings and specified herein; including removal of portions of building structure, ceilings, fixtures, doors and frames, walks, paving, slabs, curbs and gutters, and other items as indicated and required for new construction. B. In addition to demolition specified and that specifically shown, cut, move, or remove items as necessary to provide access to or allow alterations and new work to proceed. Include such items as : 1. Repair or removal of hazardous or unsanitary conditions. 2. Removal of abandoned items and items serving no useful purpose, such as abandoned piping, conduit and wiring. 3. Cleaning of surfaces, and removal of surface finishes as needed to install new work and finishes. C. Patch, repair, and refinish existing items to remain, to specified condition for each material, with workmanlike transition to adjacent new items of construction
