Written Question deadline to Thursday, December 12, 2024 University Park Elementary School Renovations A certified check, bid bond or a combination of both totaling an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Base Bid PLUS any Add Alternates and made payable to Gateway School District, must accompany each bid. The right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informalities in the same, is reserved by Gateway School District. Written questions will be accepted through Thursday, November 21, 2024 , at the office of Axis Architecture P.C., 2328 Pitcairn Rd. Monroeville, PA 15146. Additional sets may be purchased upon payment of the costs of reproduction and handling. A separate non-refundable check in the minimum estimated amount of Fifty Dollars ( $50.00 is required for each set to cover shipping and handling charges if mailing is requested. Drawings and specifications may also be purchased in PDF format for a non-refundable fee.
