Project Cost Estimate: Contract Number 2025-2 General/Mechanical = 65,000 Contract Number 2025-3 Electrical = 20,000 CENTER ROAD WATER STORAGE TANK TANK MIXER INSTALLATION CONTRACT NUMBER 2025-2 GENERAL/MECHANICAL CONTRACT NUMBER 2025-3 ELECTRICAL Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have obtained official sets of Bidding Documents from Bankson Engineers, Inc. and who are on Bankson Engineers, Inc. list of planholders. The Bid Proposals must be a paper copy, with an original signature, submitted in an envelope along with the original bid security, all as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bidders bond in favor of Monroeville Municipal Authority in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the prevailing minimum wages as established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown on the applicable schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
