Contractor must send Glenn Engineering the Allegheny County Health Department Plumbing slip after the County has performed their inspection. o Neighboring structures must be kept free and clear of any and all damages, In the event that damages would occur, the contractor is liable and responsible for all cost of restoration and repairs at no extra cost to the owner or Borough. o All surrounding utilities and structures must be kept free and clear of any damages; Contractor is liable and responsible for all damages and repairs needed at no extra cost to the Borough or owner. o Slope final grade from the front of the property (Middle Avenue) and away from the surrounding structure and towards the rear of the property towards (Lilac Way). o The roadways, curb-line and surrounding public concrete walkways must remain undamaged for the entirety of the project.
