The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario invites tenders for the Roofing Project and associated work at St. Jude Catholic School in Vankleek Hill. The CCDC2 2020 stipulated lump sum contract with supplementary conditions will be used for this project. The mandatory site meetings will take place on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 9:30am, at St. Jude CS, located at 5355 Highway 34, Vankleek Hill, Ontario. The work consists primarily of the following (refer to tender documents for details): Furnish and install specified roofing and related components for the complete re-roofing for Section 1.8 measuring approximately 2,425 square feet, and the partial re-roofing for Sections 1.0, 2 areas measuring approximately 543 square feet, Section 1.1 measuring approximately 374 square feet, Section 1.6 measuring approximately 837 square feet, and Section 2.0 measuring approximately 384 square feet at St. Jude Catholic School, located at 5355 Highway 34, Vankleek Hill, Ontario. This project is subject to funding. Bids will only be accepted from contractors who attend the mandatory site meeting. Sub-contractor attendance is not required and will not be considered for attendance purposes to satisfy bid compliance. Digital copies of the tender documents are available on the website.
