Renovations to create Indigenous Ceremonial Rooms within Govt Owned Buildings. Carpet replacement, install power door opener to Ceremonial Room entrance door where feasible. Install a duct system with an internal fan that is ducted directly to the outdoors Install a manual switch with a sixty (60) minute timer for the fan and dampers Install controlled damper on the return vent(s) set up so that the dampers are closed on the return vent(s) when the exhaust fan is turned on Heat detectors, where feasible, as required to meet smudging requirements Make good finishes Base-building mechanical system is capable of meeting all HVAC requirements Building, including occupant space, is fully AODA/OBC compliant Existing partitions and finishes are compliant with smudging including required flame spread rating Existing entrance door and frame will support addition of power door operator.
