Scorpio Strongly Encourages M/W/SBE Businesses to Participate in the Bid Solicitation Process. All Bidders Are Required to Be Pre-qualified Prior to Submitting a Proposal. Scorpio Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any/all Proposal(S) in the Best Interest of FAMU or Scorpio.
