Grease Tramp Pumping Cleaning and Jetting of Floor Drains For Preakness Healthcare Center The Passaic County Preakness Healthcare Center is requesting proposals for pumping, cleaning and jetting of grease trap and floor drains. Performance Period March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2027 Respondents are required to comply with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, (N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq.), the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Rules (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1, et seq.), and all other applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances concerning affirmative action goals and equal employment opportunity. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Passaic ("Board") reserves the right to consider bid proposals for sixty (60) days after receipt. The Board further reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and to waive minor informalities when authorized to do so under the law. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not to exceed $20,000, payable unconditionally to the County of Passaic Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: ll-21. Once the bid is awarded, the successful bidder shall provide the required bonds prior to execution of the contract in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. However, notwithstanding the above, the successful bidder awarded a contract for this bid shall not be required to submit a bond in an amount greater than $250,000.00, for the term of the contract, if the bidder's total contract award exceeds this figure on multi-year contracts, the term of the contract shall constitute the entire term.
