N. Washington Street Sidewalks and Streetscape The Council of Gettysburg has authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Gettysburg Borough Council. Question Deadline 11/18/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Deadline to submit Questions Online Portal A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Gettysburg Borough in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act of March 3, 1931, as amended, and wages must be paid by contractors according to the U.S. Labor Department's Wage Decision included in the specifications; provisions of Section 3 of the Housing Act of 1968; and the President's Executive Order 11246 or any other order which prohibits discrimination in employment. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Gettysburg Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Estimated Contract Value: $266,000.00
