Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Upgrades Rockingham County, New Hampshire (Rockingham County) is a public entity composed of general administrative offices, nursing home, assisted living, correctional facility, engineering and maintenance services, and offices from Elected Officials: Commissioners, Delegation, County Attorney, High Sheriff, Register of Deeds, and Treasurer. The Rockingham County Commissioners are seeking an experienced wastewater treatment plant contractor for the construction, repair, upgrade, improvement and replacement of facilities as detailed on the construction plans and as further detailed by the technical specifications for the Wastewater Treatment Facilities (WWTF) located at the Rockingham County Complex off of North Road in Brentwood, NH. 1 ) Grit system bypass and construction of a new grit and screen complete treatment unit with insulation and heat tracing suitable for outdoor installation and including grit blower, piping, valves and appurtenances. 2) Grit Room decommissioning 3) Conversion of Grit Room to a NEW Blower room, including three 15 HP rotary lobe blowers, controls, piping, valving, and ancillary items. 4) Treatment Lagoon #1- dewater and clean lagoon, add enhanced fine bubble aeration (BioLac) 5) Treatment Lagoon #2- dewater and clean lagoon, add enhanced fine bubble aeration (BioLac) 6) Tertiary Filter upgrade including all new mechanical and electrical components, pumps, floats, valving, valve operators, piping, blowers and controls 7) UV Disinfection system replacement 8) Final Effluent Pumping Station repairs and upgrades including new control panel 9) Ice Pond Brook flow metering system replacement and upgrade 10) 1000 Gallon Fuel tank replacement (with testing, closure plan and new tank permitting) 11) Enhanced ventilation in generator room and blower room 12) Related electrical and control conduits and wiring for above facilities 13) Screening wall and plantings Questions on the technical specifications of the Request for Proposal should be directed to the contact listed above.
